Modern technology has made life so light that everything is available on the finger. Since most of the work is done online with just one click, Physical activity has reduced. Due to the lack of physical activity, a healthy body and mind have become two significant aspects of today’s lifestyle. If left unnoticed, it can affect the productivity of life.

 Regular practice of exercise: Daily exercise or a walk-in nature not only acts as an anti-depressant but also acts as a mood regulator. As age increases, Simple exercises like reading, doing crossword and jigsaw puzzles, sudoku, drawing, and even playing a fun board game that helps in boosting short-term memory and keep the mind intact for years.

attention, like new language learning, a new instrument, or playing board games, helps stimulate the brain and gives long-term benefits.

· Healthy diet: A healthy diet is like medicine for the body that helps to stay physically fit and mentally active. More intake of sugar and unnatural fatty foods that has fewer nutrients can make you feel quickly tired and affect your ability to make correct decisions. For a healthy mind and body, a diet should be a combination of fruits, vegetables, and proteins which helps to get rid of harmful bacteria from our body and protect our brain from degeneration. Eating foods with high levels of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants enables you to stay fit. Medditerian diet such as plant-based foods, whole grains, fish, and healthy fats such as extra-virgin olive oil and omega fatty acids help decrease the risk of heart disease.

Take time to relax: stress can be toxic and affect a person’s mental state. Having a break from daily routine can give the brain rest, improve concentration and motivation, and promote overall happiness. Getting more sleep, walking in nature, and sunshine can help build a healthy mind and body. Find a place for relaxation or a moment of calm. Engage in those activities which can give pleasure, like meditation, walking, or a nap. one can relax by doing things that provide happiness.

· Remain socially involved: As a human being living alone can lead to

stress and depression. Being surrounded by supporting friends, family members, and social connections can make people happier and live longer. Socialising reduces the feeling of loneliness and self-isolation and helps increase self-confidence, and strengthens the health of our brains.
