
How to tackle the hot weather ?
- Have cold food and drinks, avoid alcohol and hot drinks.
- Don’t go outside between 12-3pm until its necessary.
- Always wear sunscreen while stepping out , and wear light color clothes.
- Drink lot of water to keep yourself hydrated.
- Avoid doing heavy workouts and keep your body cool.
- Take cold water shower atleast 2 times a day to reduce the body heat.
