“Writing is an exploration. You start from nothing and learn as you go”.
I wrote my first piece of content, a poem about “spring” when I was in 6th grade without knowing that someday my words will speak more about me than I can ever do. Over the years, I have seen a paradigm shift in my perspective, ideas, and preferences and writing about them, gave me a better understanding of myself. So do I call myself an experienced writer? No, someone who is still in the pursuit of becoming one.
I started with my internship as a content developer in 2016 with Dose Internet Media and worked till 2018. During the course, I wrote articles for their properties, ListSurge, Listovative and ListonTap and articles for their clientele.
From March 2019 to August 2019, I worked as a content writing intern with Alacrity Exports Pvt. During the internship, I wrote creative descriptions for their products and “décor and living” based articles for their blog.
At present I am interning with 9Ledgepro – Microsoft Partner Network as a content writer.
Articles written by me have been published on various Indian websites and two of my articles were published on an international site, based in Massachusetts, USA.
I have pursued a course in “Advanced Content Writing” from ECT (Education and Career Times), which is a govt. recognized institute. During the course, I was introduced to the various forms of writing such as Copywriting, Fiction, Business, Technical, Academic, and Specific writing. The course equipped me for a better understanding of the industry and excel at each style.
I hold my bachelors in computers and mathematics from Jesus and Mary College, University of Delhi and I am currently pursuing MCA from IP University, Delhi.
Apart from my interest in writing, I am a trained Bharatanatyam dancer and was a member of the Indian dance society of my college. I also have a profound interest in jewelry and have an Instagram page through which I sell oxidized, bohemian and ethnic jewelry.
