Litigation of any kind, either criminal or civil tends to disturb a person and his family. I help my clients to present their respective matters before the Court in a precise and persuasive manner. It’s very obvious that the court delivers judgment according to the evidence, discretion, and good conscience. Hence, I argue with strong facts and figures with attention to every meticulous detail.
Clients come to an Advocate to draft their contracts, getting the best legal advice, or better presentation of their side in litigation before the court. It helps them in better compliance with the rule of law.
I drafted various kinds of documents such as Sale Deed, Mortgage Deed, Franchise Agreement, etc.
I worked as a Panel Advocate at Union Bank of India. I appeared in various debt recovery and cheque bounce matters before the court on behalf of the bank. I also did a title search of various immovable properties for the bank.
I have appeared before various courts and forums in many civil and criminal matters.
My educational background includes B.Sc and LL.B from Amravati University(Maharashtra).
I am eager to learn and apply new skills. Currently, I have enrolled for a Content Writing Course of “Education and Career Times” and the Government of India recognizes this course.
